GREENSBORO, N.C.-- Greensboro Police and Greensboro Crime Stoppers are hoping to get some people off the street, after they stole from an elderly woman who let them in her house.

The incident happened Monday around 2:30 p.m on King George Drive in Greensboro. The victim, a 91-year-old, told police she let them in because she thought she knew them. She said once they were inside her house, the suspects showed her a large piece of flooring and blocked the doorway to her home.

While they blocked the doorway, police said two other individuals came inside and stole more than $4,400 worth of the victim's personal belongings.

The victim was able to describe the suspects to police as an older white male and a younger white male. There is no description available on the two other people who entered her home while the door was blocked.

The suspects left the area in a newer model of a white four-door vehicle.

If you have any information that can help police locate the suspects, please call Crime Stoppers at: 336-373-1000.
