Deputy: Clerk Robbed, Assaulted After Argument Over Beer

GRAHAM - Alamance County Sheriff's Office say a store clerk was robbed and assaulted after an argument with a customer who failed to pay for beer.

Basher Adel-Mohammed Alduais told deputies that after an argument with Terry William Davis at Sandy Cross Mart Wednesday, Davis came behind the counter and assaulted him.

Alduais said he reached for a firearm to defend himself, but Davis took it from him and continued hitting him.

Deputies said allegedly Davis gave the pistols to a female companion and they left in a white Honda.

Deputies arrested Terry William Davis and Kristi Deon Caroon at their home. Davis was charged with Common Law Robbery , Larceny of a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Caroon was charged with Larceny of a Firearms and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
