GREENSBORO - Kids, parents and teachers got to kick back at the back-to-school carnival in Greensboro Monday night.
The carnival was at the Gunter CITGO station on Church Street. There was face painting, games inflatables and pizza.
Organizer Leslie Gunter said, "We throw a huge party, give away pizza, free slushies, face painting, gift cards, have drawings for shirts and all kinds of goodies just to kind of start the school year right."
Some of the kids even left with free gift bags stuffed with school supplies.
