Greensboro, NC-- Things got hairy on the University of North Carolina Greensboro campus on Wednesday.
Students and staff came to school with hair, but by afternoon it was all gone, shaved off. Several students and staff participated in a head-shaving event to support the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
Their goal was to raise $2,500 for the foundation which supports cancer research.
The head-shaving was held at the recreation center on campus.
