Eric Porter with The Porterhouse Bar And Grill stopped by The Good Morning Show to show you how to make a chili perfect for any football game. 

Here is the recipe for you to try.

The PortherHouse Bar & Grill Chili

2lbs Ground Beef            

1/2 lb Bacon

1 Yellow Onion

1 Green Pepper

1 Jalapeño

2 Cans Diced Tomatoes

2 Cans Kidney Beans

1 Cup Natty's Buckshot Amber Ale

1 Cup Bloody Mary Mix

1/3 Cup Texas Pete

3 TBSP Chili Powder

1 TBSP Ground Cumin

1 TBSP Granulated Garlic


Brown the meat and bacon. Add the onions and peppers and continue to cook until translucent. Deglaze with ale and add all other ingredients. Continue to simmer for two hours.


It's best if you let this cool overnight and reheat the next day.
