Greensboro, N.C. -- Zena is a gentle, sweet Pit Bull who is really hoping for a forever home for the holiday season. She is 3 years old and weighs around 30lbs. Zena has lots of energy and loves to play. She gets along well with kids and people in general. She loves to sleep in the bed with her human friends and snuggle.
Zena is at the Animal Rescue and Foster Program in Greensboro. Here is what they had to say about her:
"Zena will soon be three years old and in her short Pit Bull life she has already been through so much! She was rescued by the Animal Rescue & Foster Program (ARFP) ready to give birth any day. Once her puppies were weaned Zena went to live in a home for 11 months until that home decided they couldn't keep her due to their demanding job. Now she is back in ARFP and looking for a forever home.
Zena is the perfect dog. She is loving, quiet, gentle, and a HUGE lap dog. Zena weighs 34 lbs and is absolutely a delight to be with. She is fine with cats but would prefer to be the only dog in her forever home."
If you are interested in adopting sweet Zena, you can contact the ARFP at 336-574-9600. They are located at 711 Milner Drive in Greensboro, NC.
