BURLINGTON - It's the perfect decoration for fall and you can buy as many of them as you want while helping a good cause.

Cpl. Jack Boyles is the D.A.R.E. officer for the city of Burlington.  He joined WFMY News 2's Tracey McCain to talk about their fall fundraiser which funds programs and initiatives for the city's kids.

Boyles explained how D.A.R.E. is a non-profit which raises money to support what they do in schools.  "We get money we seize from drug raids, but most of what we do is supported through fundraisers like these."

You can find regular pumpkins, wee bee little and mini pumpkins, assorted, winged and large gourds at the pumpkin patch.  The prices range from $1 to $30.

The D.A.R.E. Pumpkin Patch is in the parking lot of the Holly Hill Mall on Huffman Mill Road in Burlington.  Be sure to look for the D.A.R.E. trailer between the Sears and Wells Fargo Bank.  It runs from Noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
