MEBANE - All it takes is a will to do something and you'll find a way. And the Eastern Alamance High School Volleyball Team knows all about that. They're holding their 4th Annual Dig For A Cure event on Monday, October 7, 2014 in their school gym.
The event raises awareness about breast cancer while honoring survivors and paying tribute to those who have lost their battle.
Hadleigh Loy started the fundraiser as a freshmen four years ago and has loved watching the event grow. "Every year it gets bigger, more people come and we raise more money," she told WFMY News 2's Tracey McCain.
You can help them surpass last year's total of $4,000. You can donate to the cause during their event on October 7th at Eastern Alamance High. The Junior Varsity game starts at 5 p.m. and the Varsity game starts at 6 p.m.
