Winston-Salem, NC - It can be tough dropping your pregnancy weight, when you're busy taking care of a baby.
If you've seen the latest pictures of Kate Middleton, you know she dropped her baby weight in record time. But for 99 percent of new moms, it's not that easy.
However, in Forsyth County there's an opportunity for new mothers to get fit alongside other moms.
News 2's Lauren Melvin checked out the Fit Mama Boot Camp.
You can watch the video for more information.
And if you're a new mom and you want to get in on the action and shed the pregnancy pounds, here's the information.
Bring a mat, water, hand weights, and your baby in a stroller to the South Fork Community Center in Winston-Salem.
The classes are Monday mornings at 9:45 (except there will be no class on Labor Day).
Classes last 30 minutes. They cost $5 per person.
