WFMY -- If you're headed to the Winston-Salem Open this week, keep in mind, you're not allowed to bring any food in with you.
If you want to have lunch or dinner between the matches, you need to plan ahead.
Chef Travis Myers, of River Birch Lodge in Winston-Salem, joined the Good Morning Show crew on Tuesday to show off some of his specialties.
On the lunch menu at River Birch Lodge: The Robinhood Wrap. It's made with grilled chicken, spinach, dried cranberries, feta cheese, pecans and a special balsamic sauce.
Myers also showed us his center-cut pork chop, which is a favorite gluten-free choice at the restaurant.
If you'd like to try it, River Birch Lodge is located at 3324 Robinhood Road in Winston-Salem. They're open for lunch and dinner all week, plus brunch on Sundays.
