Mulana Amil Parks Arrested In Georgia For Greensboro Murder

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- On Monday, Greensboro Police asked for assistance finding a woman who may be connected to a murder that happened last week.

On Tuesday, police announced that Mulana Amil Parks, 42, was arrested at a motel in Douglasville, Ga. Police and the FBI took her into custody around 3:50 p.m.

Parks was booked in the Douglas County Jail pending extradition proceedings.

Parks was identified as the suspect in death of Kenneth Lee Galloway on Banner Avenue. Galloway was found dead after officers did a welfare check at his house.

Officers with the Greensboro Police Department were in Georgia to assist with the arrest. Other agencies included: the Douglasvile Police Department, the Douglas County Sheriff's Department and the FBI Atlanta field office.
