Pico de Gallo
1 chopped red onion
1 diced medium-size tomatoes
1 (or less) diced jalapeño pepper
2 parts of chopped cilantro
mix all veggies in a bowl add lime juice until you get a balanced taste between lime and veggies.
Add a little bit of salt to taste.
La Fiesta Salad
8 oz chicken breast
Premium lettuce (spring mix)
Chile ancho seasoning
Corn kernels and black beans mix
1 spoon of pico de gallo
A slice of habanero american cheese
Add chile ancho seasoning mix to chicken breast and grill it. When it's done, top with slice of habanero cheese and wait until the cheese melts a bit. On a plate, combine lettuce mix and 3 slices of avocado,
topped with corn & beans mix , chicken and pico de gallo.
10 " flour tortilla
8 oz of chicken
Lettuce (spring mix)
Guacamole and sour cream
Grill chicken with onions. Add some salt to flour tortilla. Spread a bit of guacamole and sour cream, rice, beans, lettuce and top with chicken, then some shredded cheese. Make a wrap and cut in half.
