Greensboro, NC -- Your hair says a lot about you. It's one of the first things people notice, so a Triad hair salon is helping you put your best foot forward.
Local Honey, a hair salon in Greensboro, has teamed up with the Hair Do Project.
They're hosting a "Hair Share" event on Saturday, October 19 at the Interactive Resource Center in Greensboro.
It's a day of free training on basic hair cut and styling techniques, from how to use barber-style clippers to braiding demos and making sure your look is ready for a job interview.
There will also be a question and answer session for folks interested in become hair stylists.
Stylists from Local Honey joined the Good Morning Show on Monday to demonstrate a few of their styles.
The "Hair Share" event is from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 19th.
The Interactive Resource Center is located at 407 E. Washington Street in Greensboro.
The event is free.
