"Revenge Porn" Now Illegal In California

Have you heard of the term: "revenge porn?"  It's when an ex-lover or spouse posts naked photos of their exes online without their permission and with the goal of humiliating them or causing emotional distress. 

It's a growing trend and has people finding nude pics of themselves online they never approved. This has become so common, several states have questioned whether or not to make it a crime. Yesterday, in a landmark case, California's governor made it illegal. People who post naked photos of their exes online without permission and with malicious intent could face jail time and a $1000 fine.
