Grilled Certified Angus Beef and Asparagus

Ingredients:
• One Certified Angus Ribeye per person
• Steak Seasoning
• Asparagus
• Butter
• Crushed Red Pepper
• Lemon Butter

Preparation

Asparagus: Wash carefully and place asparagus in aluminum foil. Top with butter and sprinkle with crushed red peppers.

Steaks: Take out of refrigerator a minimum of 1 hour prior to cooking. Lightly season both sides of steak, wrap in plastic wrap, and return to refrigerator.

Fire up the grill as high as possible, place steaks on to grill and reduce heat to medium. Leave on grill for 2 minutes and then turn ¼ to the right. After 2 minutes turn steak over and repeat process.

Depending on your grill temperature steak should be a perfect Medium. Adjust time accordingly for less doneness or more doneness.

When you flip the steaks, carefully place asparagus on the grill. It will take about 5 minutes to cook. Carefully remove the foil packet from the grill and unwrap.

 Place asparagus on plate along with your steak.
