Martin is a 3-year-old male pug and suffers from a type of mange known as Demodectic mange.
This form of mange is not contagious to other animals or humans. He has a severe case because he was never taken to a vet when he first showed signs. Demodectic mange is caused by an overgrowth of a tiny microscopic mite. This mite lives on all of our dogs and is normally gotten from the mother dog.
Up to date on all vaccines, neutered, dental, heartworm negative on HW & Flea prevention and micro-chipped.
