Peach Crisp Recipe From Darryl's Wood-Fired Grill

Peach Filling:

Peaches
Sugar
Lemons
Corn Starch
Vanilla Extract
Kosher Salt
Ground Cinnamon

Combine ingredients in a heated pan. Thicken with cornstarch.

Topping:
Pecans
All-Purpose Flour
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
Kosher salt

Combine dry ingredients and lightly grind in the food processor. Add butter and grind to a grainy consistency. Cover peach filling with topping. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy! (Goes well with a nice scoop of ice cream as well).
