Greensboro, NC -- The Ladies of Tri-Sigma Sorority are raising money for a good cause, but how they are doing it has its ups and down.
For 48 hours, the sorority members will be riding a playground staple, a Teeter Totter.
Their goal is to raise money and awareness for the Robby Page Memorial Playrooms. The playrooms are a place for seriously injured and sick children to get out of their hospital beds and have some fun.
Brooke Moore a student at UNCG made a visit to one of these playrooms at UNC-Chapel Hill last October to have some fun with the children. Moore tells us that "Kids heal faster when they are able to be kids. So we just wanna be able to give them a place where they can heal".
The money raised will benefit two Robby Page Playrooms, one is located in Houston Texas and the other is a UNC-Chapel Hill Hospital.
The Sorority will be riding the see saws until 8am Wednesday morning.
